First the bad - trying to book an apptointment wasn't that straight forward - but the staff worked hard to accomodate me for when I was free.

As an holistic therapist myself, I have found it very hard til now to find a salon/therapist that I would say is fantastic. Most people don't introduce themselves, ask relevant medical questions, cover you with towels properly or give you the full time you have paid for.

I was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite. My therapist (Lynda, I think) introduced herself with smile and hand shake and took me into the room where she proceeded to run through a quick medical check. Most people do not do this, and could potentially be doing something dangerous if I were pregnant for example.

I was always covered up with towels and she is the only therapist EVER who has done the most important thing to me during massage - she never totally removed her hands from me, always maintained contact. The pressure was spot on too.

The salon was clean, the room was warm and dark with plenty of space for her to freely move around me.

It was a very good experience and I would love to go back if they had more offers. I have recommended her to some friends - who know that I don't often rate massage therapist that high.

All in all, a very positive view of Stepping Stones. Well done!
