I booked a massage for my very tense shoulders and was looking forward to it.
I was told the day before at work that there would be a big inspection 2 days later on the Monday. Almost cancelled my appointment to get ready for it but then decided to still go i order to feel more relaxed.
I had to wait for 30 mins! Many clients came after me and went into the treatment rooms straightaway.
The therapist spent more than 20mins asking questions so the massage itself ended up being a bit more than half an hour.
It was supposed to be a deep tissue one but he was not pressing hard enough.
Very disappointed.
Also location not very nice.

Forgot to mention that he was very chatty whereas i wanted to rest. It seems by looking at other reviews that we had the same person.
