I wouldn't recommend at all. They gave me the wrong appointment time over the phone, kept me waiting, the therapist barely talked to me and didn't explain anything about the waxing process. Luckily, I'm a regular waxer but it would have been awful for newbies. The therapist started cleaning up before I'd even got off the treatment table. I had a voucher but I would have felt cheated if I'd paid full-price.
