I went with my mum, we found our welcome to the spa a little cold and almost felt belittled by the reception staff, and my when my mum asked for a coffee she was told she would have to go downstairs and pay for it, we were spending alot of money as it was and were not impressed by this. There were a few broken tiles and an old plaster in the sauna room.. yuck! However the location and the atmosphere in the spa itself is second to none, loved all the little details, fresh fruit iced water and personal music choices, the facilities are luxurious and the products are fantastic (espa) We both found our therapists very professional and highly skilled, i especially found the massage amazing, we did think the treatments, for what they were, were slightly over priced but would be happy to return to the spa again.
