beautiful salon, my hairdresser was nice the first time i saw her, but the second and third time she barely spoke to me. i tip at least 20% and am very friendly. it's also an aveda salon so be prepared to spend $200 for a cut color and blow dry (which they charge $25 for!). she did a great job but lack of friendliness made me go somewhere else.
