Awful! Expensive. Hairdressers do not listen and do not do what you ask for. Colour wrong everytime - flattened by the overuse of toners. Suggest colours that do not suit skin tone. Some of the highest directors (or whatever name they use) are not worthy of their position - they are not that good. Long waiting times - appointments overrun all the time. They charge another £10 for the use of said awful toner ( I went there for far far too long and must have spent over £200 on toners - oh how they make me sick!!). Cut too much off hair. Do not rinse bleach from hair. Blowdry flat to head. Charge for a rough dry with the colour ... oh how it is all money money money...greedy, greedy, greedy. If you go here - tip, drink all the wine you can get because you need it to a) numb the awful experience and b) get your money's worth. Anyway the best think happened to me recently - I changed salon! Revolution! I have a wonderful hairdresser who does my hair more perfectly than I could ever ask for and charges half the price. It really has changed my life and illustrated how utterly ripped off I have been over the last 3 years. I am now disgusted with RUSH because there is so much better out there.
