Me and a few mates have been going to this gym for a few months and we do the five a side football here as well and we really like it. We try to go together about twice a week and I might go on my own once a week as well. I think its a top quality gym.
The staff are all really helpful plus they have a computer system that tracks your workout for you which is helpful. I try and use the boxing equipment as much as I can and that's all really good. Plus I do a bit of swimming. The sauna area looks good but I don't really use that.
It's a high quality gym and they're open till ten so you can go after work and also, because its in Clifton Moor you can go to bowling or go to cinema after to relax.
