I arrived early and waited a little while but was well attended to and didn't feel like I was being a nuisance, as you can sometimes.

The therapist was quick and experienced. She was also friendly. However she didn't listen when I said I wanted my nails shorter. There was not a lot of colour choice either. Only only cabinet of the two behind her. I also wasn't allowed to pick any of the branded colours, such as OPI, that I would have gone for out of choice as I know they last well.

Overall, considering it was cheap and through a voucher website I was happy with the end product.
