This was a present for my aunt, and it was her first time having a facial, so she wasn’t sure what to expect. The lady giving the treatment was very nice and good at explaining what she was doing. However my aunt said that she found it surprisingly painful and uncomfortable as the blackheads were being removed. Even a few days after, her face was still sore! The venue was fine, so she’d consider going there for another, more relaxing treatment, such as a massage - but would probably give another facial a miss.
