This is an excellent boutique hotel with 7star spa service. The rooms were wonderful every suite is different and all are enchanting, The beautiful detail is everywhere you look, like some of the reviewers, we love the decoration, with old picture and beautiful fabrics.
What I liked most about palais rhoul is staff witch are all very attentive and went out of their way to be helpful, each day housekeeping brought me fruit I preferred., even though we were only staying for 3 nights. That doesn't seem to bother them.
Mr abdou the hotel manager looked after us personally, Our luggage got lost and he helped with calls to the airline.
Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of Moroccan meal
the spa was perfect.
I strongly recommend staying in this place, we could not find a single fault with this hotel.
