Went to Owl House Day Spa yesterday and had such a lovely day there. The atmosephere is really great and since the chillout areas are all small and intimate you can usually get an area just for yourselves - perfect for couples. The outdoor hot tub was stunning and at the time was surrounded with snow - gorgeous! Staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome and at ease.
There is a very relaxed atmosphere, which is great for a spa; however for some could be taken too far into disorganisation. We did have to chase staff to get food, drink, information etc rather than things working around us which would've been the ideal. The rasul therapy was lovely although we could've done with a lot more mud - I only managed to cover about half of my body and that was with a thin layer! Our treatments were in the hayloft suite which again was stunning - the place is only small but they make the best of the space and it creates a really intimate atmosphere - and its been done out immaculately. Would definitely go back!
