i only booked one treatment but wish i had booked the 3 like my sister. i really liked the venue it was in a basement of health shop which felt like it would be good for you. the treatment itself felt a bit like being on a beach but in a machine. i would defo do it again but be stricter with my diet as well as a good kick start to getting some weight off
