Its a small hairdressers and quite crowded at busy times. It doesn't have the relaxing feel that Rush or Tony and Guys might have- places with alot more space at their disposal.
The hair treatment i had was no more than a application of what appears to be conditioner. Since my stylist was 30 min behind schedule, i had a feeling it could had been more. If not, i dont think it warrents a mention in the voucher offer.
On arrival, i was promptly asked if i would like a beverage but had to wait for 30 minutes before my stylist was ready. He should have approached me early in my waiting time to acknowledge my presence as i was worried i had been forgotten. Despite his time schedule, he worked patiently and precisely to work on my hair to the best he could.
