I visited the college In November as it had been recommended by The Times. I was aware that the therapists were still in training but overall my experience wasn't very positive. I felt really guilty because the girl who did my manicure didn't appear to have ever done a manicure before and was very nervous, I didn't have the heart to object to the state of my nails. There wasn't much conversation between client and therapist; most of the girls chatted between themselves. The treatments were relatively cheap for London prices but I felt for the level of expertise and confidence provided, a donation to charity would have been sufficient. The waiting rooms felt like I would imagine a private gynae clinic to be like. On the positive side, the girls seemed to enjoy working there and the decor was nice.
