I joined this club weighing an impressive 13 stne 4 Lbs I now weigh 11 stone 4 Lbs This has taken 3 months What I like about this gym is that they want you to achieve The staff are really friendly and helpful and they will give you all the help you need without being discrimanotory As a fat lady going to a place where there are a lot of fit young things I was very sensitive but they never made me feel second class and they just encouraged me to get involved
At the end of the day you have to work it yourself no one can do that for you
I am grateful to this gym as they have really helped me to achieve the body I wished for in an enjoyable and friendly way
