I went on a private yoga retreat with Sylvia Braun at Inner Harmony in Cyprus and it was really fantastic. Being present, breathing, relaxing, and getting stronger and more stretchy all at the same time! The time I spent there has reinforced and developed a whole load of holistic ideas which I'm already using and will be passing on in 2012.
