The first thing to mention is that this hotel in not in the airport and the postcode on the voucher is not recognised by satnav! Make sure you type in the road name if you make a visit otherwise you will get lost like we did. The spa is new and I think there are a couple of things that could be addressed to make the experience even better:
1) the changing room consists of a bench ie there are no cubicles.
2) there are no bins so used water cups were left by the pool etc and lots of used slippers left lying about
3) the massage stated in the brochure involved a head massage which our therapists didn't perform?
4) we were not offered any herbal tea

Having said that the hydrotherapy pool was great, you can have the jaccuzzi jets on as much as you like and the steam and sauna rooms were good and on all the time. We weren't rushed by any of the staff and we could have stayed until closing, or so it seemed. Lovely hot water in the shower and shampoo and conditioner was provided which was an added bonus. Plus hair dryers. Overall a really enjoyable experience which did leave me relaxed, but I don't like I would have wanted to pay any more for it due to the above but as is great value for money.
