The salon was tricky to find and about 10 minute walk from the station. It was situated in a residential area, north of Regent Park. My first impressions of the salon was that it looked like they had just moved in or were in the middle of revamping the place. The lady told me to take a seat but there was no where to sit as it was taken up by client's coat and bag. I booked in for a root colour and blow dry for £50 after my massage. After 10 minutes, the therapist took me downstairs to the room but as she rushed off I lost her in the process. The therapist was a bit heavy handed with the massage, I explained that I was tender in certain areas of my back. She seemed to be good at releasing knots in those areas but I was put off when she sneezed and didnt wash her hands. I cant say the whole experience was relaxing enough for me. Both staff were rushing as the salon was due to close at 4pm and I didnt get a full hour treatment as stated. The root colour was applied well but not sure about the product used as it was beginning to sting my scalp. The hairdresser wasnt very good at blow drying my hair either. I will not be returning.
