Location is great, right by exit 3 from Chancery Lane tube. The hair salon is at street level and the therapy rooms are downstairs. Once you get into the room it feels very comfortable and smells great. The facial was very relaxing and I didn't leave looking all shiny. My hair was kept clean too. I don't know what the full price is but with a Wahanda voucher it was great value. I will re-visit.
