From the minute I walked in the staff were friendly and attentive, taking my coat and introducing me to my stylist. She discussed at length with me what I wanted and needed, including choosing the colours really carefully. I had been booked in only as a cut, but she still squeezed in the time to do a colour at the same time, without me feeling like the service I received suffered.
Overall I was really pleased with the results (which never happens to me after I have been to the salon) so that gets a big thumbs up from me.
My only bad comment would be that some of my highlights could have been thinner. I got some on the underneath of my hair and one of them is REALLY blonde and REALLY REALLY obvious. Other than that, acers.
