I have already told a friend about Fordham Soho as I came out LOVING my hair, which has been a rare feeling lately for me. I've had platinum blonde hair for over a year now and at the beginning of this new colour, I had two terrible experiences with Toni & Guy. I then went to a very expensive place in Bond St wrongly thinking that you get what you pay for - this place even had the cheek to charge for my coffee and water when they had already taken 105 notes for a regrowth tint and toner! Anyway, I was attracted to Fordham because of the 40% off special and did not really know what to expect. Claire, my colourist, was awesome - professional, efficient, friendly - always letting me know what she was about to do. I got two delicious coffees (complimentary as they should be) and the result exceeded my expectations. Claire noticed that I had a different colour 'band' going on and unprompted, fixed it for me - all part of the service. I was delighted to get this preferential treatment for a mere £42 (with the discount) but will happily go back and pay the very reasonable £70 (normal price).
