I wanted to try a new place for my haircut and stumbled across Fordham Soho while searching on the web...in particular I had read some great reviews about one stylist in particular – Adam, an Australian who works at the hair salon.

There was a great deal of positive comments about Adam, so I had to see for myself. Adam was fantastic – I must admit. First of all, in the consultation before he washed my hair, he asked all of the right questions and immediately understood what I wanted from my haircut. He explained what he was going to do and why, and then went to work. We had a great conversation where he explained his technique, training history and qualifications (apparently he is an instructor for Redken in NY). He also shared that back in Australia over 40% of his clients were men, so he does have experience with both men’s and women’s haircuts and styling.

It was a great haircut and looks fantastic the day after as well. The guy knows his stuff. As a regular contributor to Wahanda, I have to say I was really impressed. I will most definitely be going back to Adam at Fordham Soho.
