Don't go there !!

I arrived to an empty reception desk and had to wait almost 15 minutes just to be seen. I was taken into a room, which did not look clean, but very messy and things piled up all over the place.

I was asked to undress completely with no towel to cover up, just a paper set of briefs. The scrub was mixed up in a dirty tub and just splattered over me, the beautician used kitchen rubber gloves to rub it over me!

I got a dirty looking raincoat to cover the top half of my body for the wrap and cling film on the bottom. Then was told to wrap a towel around me to walk to the room next door! Considering this 'salon' is in a busy gym, I had to walk past quiet a few people.
I was then wrapped up in bunch of towels and left to my own devices for half an hour; without even an offer of water.

Then I had to walk back in a towel next door to wash off. The shower was in a tiny room with loads of stuff piled up on top of each other, scattered all over the place.

My massage afterwards wasn't great either. I was hit in the head by the cups she was using and she didn't even say sorry. The massage was suppose to last 30 minutes and only just lasted over 15 minutes.

Afterwards, I was asked to clear up the bed myself before I left..

The beautician was rude the whole time too.
