Didn't really enjoy this experience unfortunately. The receptionist was very pleasant to me but quite snappy to another customer for no apparent reason which created a bit of an atmosphere in the waiting area. My therapist was very nice but she talked an awful lot during the facial, when I really wanted to relax. A lot of that time was spent talking about products and other treatments and their special offers. I had no intention of buying anything else but despite my obvious lack of interest, she continued talking about it. We were interrupted twice by other therapists knocking, calling out and coming in. The second one said 'I'll probably come back in for something else'. There was no acknowledgment that this was spoiling my treatment. Worst of all, my '1 hour' facial was barely 40 minutes, including a consultation. The salon would do well to remember that groupon will do them no favours in the long run unless they can show clients they are worth returning to. I won't be going back or recommending.
