First met Stuart the founder of the Confidence Academy at a talk he gave to a young womens group on self defence and domestic violence very good shortly after we joined the Academy with a kickboxing and mixed martial arts regime i have lost a massive amount of weight and my confidence is through the roof Stuart also teaches my daughter who has special needs we are very happy with the service value and delivery of the classes we do.
