DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!
When you put your body, face or beauty regime in hands of a specialist you expect to get good customer service, specially when charging these prices! I booked a course of 3 sessions COAX and vibration plate, went to one (felt bad for the poor girl who had been working 10 hours straight and she was too tired to do a good job on me!). I called and emailed them to book the next two (which should be one week apart or its pointless), and it has now been 5 weeks, 6 voicemails, 3x "we will call you back", and .... 8 emails later!!! And still nothing.
I opted for requesting a full refund and they have been appalling at extending any courtesy or attention to my requests. Excuses include: "I don't know when the boss will be in", "our interenet connection been down for 1.5 weeks", and NOTHING from the owner Mr Salim whom I was expecting a call from this week and response to my final request for refund. We are talking a lot of money for the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Knightsbridge area.
I highly hope that this review makes a difference and that you don't attend or purchase anything in this clinic EVEN/SPECIALLY IF PURCHASING THROUGH VOUCHERS as you can only imagine the service then...
