Charym Yoga has some of the best instructor I have ever had. My most favorite class is the Charym Vinyasa with Maureen, she is very intuitive and I always leave her classes feeling happy and confident. They also have Vinyasa Fitness Flow classes with Edwin and he is just amazing and the best if you have any question on how to do poses correctly. At the end of the class I was offered a hot towel with some oil which was just perfect to finish your practice.
