I actually visited an open evening here where we were shown around the spa and restaurant areas. Although it looked fairly small from the outside, it went pretty far back and they'd managed to squeeze in treatment rooms, a sauna, relaxation area and a studio where there were classes going on all evening. Although I can't comment on the treatments, the best bit for me was the restaurant. With an entirely vegetarian menu, the chef had really experimented with different foods and recipes. Based on this I would make a return visit, even if I didn't want to try the treatments themselves.

Near a fashionable and affleunt part of Birmingham referred to as Brindleyplace, I was told I could find the spa and restaurant near there. What I didn't realise was that it was located in a slightly more residential area (flats surrounding it) just down the road and the lack of signposts meant I ended walking up and down the same bit of road several times until I could find someone to point me in the right direction.
