What an amazing setting - apart from the view of the power station in the distance.
The waters are a stunning milky blue and warm around the edges of the lagoon but as you near the center the heat rises dramatically and only the brave or foolish sit around the underwater jets.
it is not as 'natural' as you are led to believe or assume (the hot water is pumped in from that power station you can see in the distance), but truly an amazing experience being submerged in hot water, amidst the steam knowing that eventually you have to emerge and face the well below zero temperatures. The deposits in the lagoon make a great skin rub and are supposedly good for treating a variety of skin complaints.
They have a great number of treatments available, if you are on friendly terms with your bank manager.
