I went to Bling Cosmetics in Willenhall two days ago and was thoroughly appalled my experience there. Arriving at 1.45 for what was meant to be a facial, full body massage and mani-pedi and complimentary glass of bubbly in the advertised two hour period, I do not feel I was happy with any of these seeing as I was sat in the freezing salon for four hours. It all started with a mani-pedi that used cheap nail products and were not applied properly by unqualified/ unexperienced staff that chipped in hours. My friend’s (I had bought this as a birthday gift for her) nails were not properly painted, as the second coat of nail varnish only covered half the nail. We then waited one and a half hours for our facials and massage. In this time, a man who came after us went in before us because he was alone, and we came as a pair. He was in the one private room for an hour. Before this a lady had come to get semi-permanent eyelashes put in- *Tip- for whoever has bought this Groupon, save yourself, they don’t look applied properly and look awful* (hence a 1.5 hour gap). In this time I spoke to what I assume was the manager about the length of time we had been waiting, to which she said “you can leave if you want to”. I am fully disgusted at her attitude towards customers and I can safely say I have never been treated this way ever in my life. We were then called into the “private room” which consisted of 2 beds in an 8’ x 7’ enclosure (not an actual room as there were gaps over the ceiling that adjoined us to the main salon room that played loud illegally copied Cee-Lo albums). We were not given an option of being seen separately as there was only one room so no privacy as my friend was literally less than a foot away. Whilst my friend was covered by a towel, I had a cheap satiny throw covering me that kept falling off me. When the “therapists” came in, they had to move my friends bed whilst she was on it so that they could also fit into the room, unfortunately then blocking the door and only access out of the room **Health and Safety Risk**. And to top the icing on the cake, the products used were ASDA cheapest range which caused my sensitive skin to have a reaction as I needed products that suited to my skin, not shop brand generic products. Why ask what type of skin I have if you put the same generic product on?! These treatments – take into account it was a full body massage and facial- lasted 30 minutes! This is compared to the gentleman earlier who had an hour for his treatment.
I am so angry about the way I was treated that day. For what I paid (it was a Groupon deal), I still do not feel I got anywhere near my monies worth. I have been very happy with previous Groupon deals at other salons, so this is definitely a first. I am completely appalled at the manager who did not seem to know anything about the treatments her “salon” offered and was then rude to me and my friend. No apologies were offered for the inadequate service, or even the length of time I had to wait for my treatments, or no explanation for why my treatments were so short. The “therapists” who were unexperienced/ unqualified, on the other hand were lovely and appeared to dislike the manager as much as I did.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BLING COSMETICS. If you have a Groupon, don’t use it. Save that money or contact someone to get it back. I now have to pay extra money to get a proper facial after that experience.

I'm a qualified therapist and I would agree with all of your comments and I'm apooled to come across ppl presenting a business in such a manor which is totally away from standard practices and code of conducts that myself and other businesses follow. I was shocked and astounded by the fact that there was no consultation no deprecate wash station between you washing your hands and them cleaning cups, the products lack of knowledge presented to me and my family. As I said earlier I am a qualified therapist and as a duty of care to the general public I have reported this company to trading standards, I have contacted my insurance company for advise and contacted several holistic federations for guidance to either get the business working in an appropriate manor following guidelines within the industry or getting them closed down all together. I'm so sorry you received this kind of treatment and please rest assure that they are but a few, there are some great therapists out there and I myself would invite you to visit me to give you an experience to remember. I only specialise in massage and reiki but I know some great therapist around the midlands who offer other services, please don't let this bad experience put you off from holistic therapies in the future.
