Very easy to find in the hotel which is near Victoria station. I had another friend with me who waitied for me in the wonderfull hotel lobby. She had a great time relaxing and reading magazines while I had the most relaxing facial that I have ever had. I have to agree about the reception area being a bit too busy near the gym equipment when you first sign in.
