My name is Aaron and I have visited this spa on numerious occasions throughout July and August. I had some Hynotherapy back in July and it was amazing. I connected with my inner child under guidance of Sharon at the spa (who also did my weight loss treatment). I have learnt to forgive myself for things i never thought i could. Also i have tried the spas own weight loss program and i have enjoyed them. I am hoping to only loose 1 stone within a month and this will be my achieved target. Overall I have lost over 3 stone on the weight loss detox program. I feel very motivated with sharon!
I have had a colonic with Chris at the spa and i found this totally amazing! I have never ever felt like this before and i love them. Chris is very freindly and he makes the treatment really enjoyable! Thanks Chris!
Overall a fantastic spa and I will soon be back for more treatments. I may even try a massage as I hear from my freind James that the spas masage therapists are excellent!
