I went here with high expectations as I have become a bit of an Elemis snob at other spa's/salons at various locations around the country as well as in some 5* hotels. I wasn't dissapointed in the least! The attentive receptionist made sure I was knew where I was going and given a tour of the facilities. The Hydrotherapy area, changing facilities and relax area were lovely and I was brought refreshments to the relax area where I waited for my treatments. I was then taken to my treatment room by my therapist Tanya, who then proceeded to tell me what my treatments included. The treatment room was very restful and calm, the large treatment bed (heated) was really comfy and I felt myself soon drifting. The whole session seemed to fly by as confident, expert hands worked their magic. I was suprised to find such a gem in a public sports facility. I was blown away and have booked a series of facials and massages in the comming months. Well worth a visit or more.
