Good service, not brilliant. She wasn't brilliant at facials - I've had much better in London. Worth the money of the voucher but not full price. I had to fill in a survey first so felt she went off that rather than actually looking at my skin - usually Dermalogica facials are very thorough which isn't how I'd describe this. Wish it was easier to book an appointment - email booking would be great as took awhile to get an appointment over the phone. A friend of mine went and she had a great facial so think I could have been unlucky with the therapist I got. It was relaxing though and I enjoyed it though hoped it would be better.
