I received a flyer through my door about a year ago now from Shylalight. I have been attending Kundalini yoga classes more or less continually since then. Kundalini yoga is like nothing I have experienced before. It's more of a spiritual experience, using kriyas, prana and meditation with focus on drawing yourself into your own awareness. Kundalini has changed me as a person much for the better. I would recommend to anyone.
Approach with an open mind as it can seem a bit kooky at times, but the benefits are great.
I have also received Angelic Reiki, the most amazing experience of my life. I was quite sceptical at first, and when Shyla began my treatment didn't really feel like I was experiencing anything, then all of a sudden I felt a rush of light coming into me and felt enveloped by an overwhelming sense of comfort and love. Afterwards I felt on top of the world, my husband thought I'd been taking drugs!
