A Microdermabrasion by a licensed professional would be your best option. You can use epsomsalt as a salt scrub to remove any tanning products.

Hi there try a facial that incorporates microdermabrasion and a light peel for best results! This will help to even the skin tone, refresh and renew the skin. Also use clever skincare to maintain the results! See our website for more details

A Medical Microdermabrasion is recommended along with an oxygen facial for sun damaged skin. Remember a tan is a scar. You should go for a full course and your skin will appear fresh, plumped and restored. Adenisone triphosphate will be stimulated in the matrix. Meaning energy renewal in the deeper layer of your skin will occur. Thus creating a beautfiul skin.

I agree with my colleagues that suggest that you seek either microdermabrasion and a series of glycolic chemical peels. However, I would also suggest that you invest in clinical strength, home care products, that contain glycolic acid. These products will compliment the professional treatments by consistently, gradually and continuing to exfoliate the skin, between visits. And, in the meantime, be sure to use sunblock dailey, to protect your skin from further and future sun damage.
