Typically, vitamin supplements containing Biotin, help with hair growth stimulation, as well as nail growth and skin clarity. (Nourishment for hair, skin and nails). Besides containing Biotin, they will also contain various other ingredients that work with the Biotin content. Supplements of this or any other kind, tend to take approximately 30 days or more to begin working. This is assuming that you will take the supplement, as recommended, on a consistent basis.
Also, for hair growth stimulation, you may want to try Nioxin hair products or Rogaine.
And for nail growth alone, you can try gelatin tablets.

I have tried the Elemis Tri-Enzyme facial and i found my skin tone evened out by just one facial. My forehead was slightly darker than the rest of my face and I noticed my blemishes went slightly. I would recommend you have a course of treatments for the treatment to effectively work.
Thanks

Yes, as previously mentioned, Biotin is a great one to start with. It is simply a B vitamin so it can be found at virtually any health food store. Bosley has a new at home treatment system for hair similar to Nioxin and I have found that it doesn't dry out the hair such as Nioxin does. Good Luck:)
