Hi Charley
I have found argan (Moroccan) oil to be extremely useful. I bought Moroccanoil which is a commercial brand packed with silicone (boo ooh! still, it does the job), but if you are looking for organic argan oil there's some websites in the answers to my question about organic argan oil I asked a few days ago, otherwise I've also found a supplier on Amazon which works out slightly cheaper, see sources below.

You can visit your beauty supply or online for organic products. After a good shampoo and deep condition of your favorite organic product, put a small dime size amount in the palm of your hand of olive oil, vitamin e oil, shea butter or other organic light oil you may prefer. Put very little oil throughout your hair while damp before blow drying and styling. If you prefer not to use any oil, I like to use fabric softener sheets to run throughout the har to tame frizzies and flyaways after styling ;) shhhh, thats our little secret. Since your into organic, your store should sale organic fabric sheets as well.

Hello:) Using avocado on your hair as a mask is very hydrating and adds in any lost oils on the ends of the hair, which is basically dead matter. Coconut oil has also been shown to work extremely well. Both would simply be applied (separately) after shampooing and towel drying hair. You want the hair to be at about 50-60% dry, and let either one sit for about 15 min, preferably under a shower cap. If you tend to have an oily scalp then keep off the scalp but use liberally on ends. I have curly, frizzy hair, am a hairdresser in CA and this always works!
