Morroccan Oil Treatment is a great everyday product to use, it helps protect against heat & sun, helps the hair stay soft and shiny. It is a very light serum. Morroccanoil also has 2 great Hydrating & Restorative Treatment Masques. There are so many great products out there that are specialised, it seems too much trouble to make a home remedy. Another great conditioner is TIGI S-factor Serious Conditioner. In all cases with treatment masques or conditioners, leave them on for 10-15 minutes (or longer) to have it penetrate to really do it's job.

ok you said "home remedies" so this is what i have known some of my clients to do. Either take vegtable oil small amount in hair and bag your head and wrap towel around it to produce body heat to open your hair cuticle; then you can rinse rinse rinse with cool water. Can do the same with the conditioner you have at home; you need heat for conditioner to penetrate; and cool off time for cuticle to close when rinising; and as an everyday thing you should shampoo with warm water; rinse out conditioner with colder water.

Hi charley
the main thing is the right shampoo choose a very gentle one for dry hair. next conditioner
when applying always towel dry first. add a small amount, massage in comb though
leave for ten minutes wrap a towel around.
Macadamia oil is the best treatment for dry hair, in my salon 70% off clients use it.
The ultimate hair treatment gives protection and shine heals and rejuvenates
shampoo, oil, mask, leave-in conditioner.
The five star treatment that does work.!!!

You actually probably have it right in your refrigerator. Real Mayo and egg. Mayo is for moisture and egg is for protein. It makes a mess and isn't very pleasant to smell but it is your cheapest at home care.

Hi...u can get a keratin treatment done..its a chemical free treatment which actually puts back protien(keratin) back in ur hair which is lost due to all the overprocessing done to ur hair. Keratin is a plant derived protein which helps restore the hair n makes it frizzz free, healthy and easy to manage...if you live in NY..I can do it for you. If not then try any salons in ur neighbourhood n ask for the Keratin treatment without famaldahye...

Olive oil, it's natural & very good for moisturising scalp & hair (also skin). Apply to DRY hair & massage into scalp, be as generous as you like! Leave on as long as possible. Overnight if you can, but while you soak in a nice warm bath will also do the trick & the added warmth is good. Hair can be wrapped in a towel or headscarf. Or lay something over pillow if on overnight.
When ready, wash & rinse thoroughly with your favourite shampoo & style as desired..... for beautiful, soft & shiny hair!
TIP: If the olive oil is slightly warmed it is easier to apply :)
