As long as there are no complications (heaven forbid) during birth massage is possible. However I would wait 2 to 4 weeks for your body to adjust and be sure the therapist is aware that you just gave birth.

If you have not had a massage during your pregnacy then I would wait a few weeks to allow your body to heal some. Check with your massage therapist on what trianing they had. Post natal massage is great to help with both natural and cesarean.
