Intimate waxing for pregnant ladies is safe when done correctly by qualified Waxing Therapist. There are certain techniques to minimize discomfort when the hair are being removed, e.g. stretching in correct directions and supporting the skin.
Sometimes the whole process might take slightly longer due limited ways of client positioning while being waxed.
We are the mobile beauty company offering treatment at the conform of client's home and cover all London within M25, so would happily trave to Greenford or Ealing area. We use only Hot (non-strip) Wax for this type of waxing.

Hi there... Yes I would say its safe to have waxing. You are going to be quite sensitive so I would say have a hot wax bikini wax as this is kinder to sensitive skin and will not stick to the skin like strip wax. I'm sorry I can't reccomend you any salons round there as I don't know any :-( but I would ask for hot wax. Sounds scary but it's actually less painful.

Hi ,Yes hollywood waxing is safe as long as it's done by qualified therapist. I do lots of pregnant women as well and they completely fine. I agree sometimes hot wax can be kinder to sensitive skin, but not everyone like it as it takes longer. Warm wax for most of my cliens is better.Very important is to protect the skin with pre-waxing solution, stretching in correct directions and supporting the skin. Remember checking with your doctor if it,s fine to have intimate waxing done, during the last two months of pregnancy.

Have a look at http://www.embodyforyou.com to find a therapist near you - I don't see why you can't go ahead with the wax unless your skin is more sensitive than usual in that area

It's safe to get waxed when pregnant, don't worry, but you may find you're more sensitive than usual and it may take a little longer than usual as it's harder to get into certain positions when you're pregnant.
I use Perron Rigot hot wax which is premium quality wax and as it's a hot wax (not the usual wax you remove with strips!) it's far more gentle, so try to find a therapist that uses hot wax. Even if it means having to drive that bit longer and/or having to spend that bit more, it really is worth it!
As always, don't be afraid to ask the therapist you choose if you can see their qualifications and insurance, believe me you wont offend them! If somebody is offended then ask yourself why... What have they got to hide?
Congrats and good luck with your little Jellie Bean!
If you have any questions please feel free to email me on info@PrestigeNailsAndBeauty.co.uk and I will be more than happy to help.

Hi! yes it is safe if it is done by qualified Waxer, using correct techniques. I am not from London but I can recommend you all Waxers trained by Kim Lawless. Her techniques are very safe and minimizing discomfort of treatment. I am sure you will find one with a little help of google. Please take a look at Kim's website:

Hi, Yes waxing is fine for pregnant ladies, its just positioning that can sometimes be a challenge for you, but any good therapist can work around that and help you feel comfortable. Good luck with your baby.

Sugaring has the exact same results as the new craze Brazilian honey waxing. But sugaring originates in Egypt, this is where I trained.
Now you can remove all body & facial hair effectively & with minimal discomfort. Its 100% natural (its edible), gentle & lasts twice as long as waxing!!
Sugaring is a pure all-natural hair removal method. Its considered the oldest & still the best method for hair removal & effective for all hair textures. It is often compared to waxing because both are sticky but that’s where the comparison ends.
If you have sensitive skin then sugaring is the best choice. The sugar paste only adheres to your hair & pulls them out by the root without sticking to the skin causing no irritation .
It is a less painful, hypo-allergenic method of hair removal. Re-growth is slow so this method of hair removal can last up to 6 weeks, which is comparable to how long laser treatment lasts & so makes it a good hair removal alternative. It is safe for the entire body & face.
With regular treatments the hairs become sparse, softer & lighter in colour, therefore less noticeable between treatments. Frequent sugaring can also cause the hair follicle to shrink which permanently stops the growing hair.
Sugaring also works as a body exfoliant which greatly adds to the smooth, soft after affect clearly enjoyed by clients.
Experience has shown that the anticipation is often worse than the process itself.
Now you can remove all body & facial hair effectively & with minimal discomfort. 100% natural, gentle & lasts for weeks.
You have no excuse from here on out . . .
So . . . .
When will you discover body sugaring?
Please contact me for more information or for a booking.
