Yes Diamond Microdermabrasion can help reduce the appearance of lines and open pores over a course of sessions.
The process of Diamond dermabrasion is the fine diamond tipped head along with the suction gliding over the skin helps abrade away the top surface layer of your skin promoting new skin which in turn over time is renewed and the open pores and lines are more diminished.

Hi Tracey. Having been in the beauty industry for many years and having used both methods, I now find myself more inclined to opt to offer my clients the Diamond Method.
It certainly does help to reduce pore size as it speeds up the collagen production with regular treatments. This therefore plumps the skin and the pores appear less prominant on the serfuce. Yes, several sessions of microdermabrasion will help with fine lines and pore reduction. Adding a skin care line that will compliment the procedure with consistent exfoliation will benefit you, as well.

I don't think you can ever get rid of lines with microdermabrasion, as the lines are either due to volume loss or muscle contraction.
