Yes if fine, just just need to make sure you have no products on your feet, such as oils, creams, foot lotions, and if you do have a tan or are thinking of getting one make sure its at least 48hrs on the skin or it can be lifted by the fish and you end up with white dots and line :0)

Yes you can. As long as it is applied at least 48 hours prior to your pedicure. Make sure your skin is moisturiser and tan product free on the day of your treatment.
