Question: How good is the power plate for improving flexibility?

Hi, Powerplate is great for improving flexibility. The vibrations really relax the tendons, muscles and I've noticed on testing flexibility, that it has improved after just 1 minute of stretching.
We've had runners that have seen massive improvement in their gait.

Hi Jesko,

Completely agree with Jason, the vibrations from the plate relax the muscles and increase the blood flow (delivering oxygen, nutrients and 'flushing' away lactic acid and oxidants post exercise). However, knowing how to stretch correctly is key to any flexibility work, whether on the plates or not, so do the research! James
