I first started practicing yoga at age 18 and it changed my life. I continued my education and practiced everyday. I moved around alot trying to find my niche. I've lived in quite a few towns in Florida which opened doors into many yoga studios and gyms. I love teaching anything from gentle yoga to power yoga to kid yoga to senior yoga. I have two children, one who is two and the other a few months old. I did yoga through both pregnancies and post natal as well.

Have been doing yoga since 1995. Was certified through Yogafit then continued my education through Yogasun(private instruction from registerd yoga teacher. I have over 2000 teaching hours. I've taught a myriad of styles and clients specializing in stretching and guided meditation.
