A calm, sensitive and friendly teacher, with over twenty years of personal Pilates experience, I strive to help clients achieve their physical potential through developing a healthy and happy body. I teach group matwork and one-to-one classes in and around the Brighton and Hove area, and have several ongoing clients, here in East Sussex and London. I am a qualified first aider at work and have full insurance through Balens specialist brokers.
