I am a qualified yoga teacher and shiatsu practitioner and have also completed 3 years training in Mindfulness Based Approaches at Bangor University. I specialise in the treatment of stress management and many of the chronic conditions that can arise from long term exposure to stress such as IBS, anxiety and panic attacks, physical tension, and mild depression.
