I have over 20 years experience as a martial arts practitioner and 15 years as a qualified instructor. I have run classes for individuals, clubs, universities and corporate clientele.
I currently run twice weekly Boxercise classes and an MMA Fitness class in Enfield. The classes are from £5 just turn up and participate.
Private tuition starts at £40 with reductions for block bookings.
Classes are geared for all fitness levels from 'couch potato' to the 'beach ready' amongst us.
