We have an amazing team of Teachers who are insured, experienced, qualified Dance professionals & are also Zumba certified. We run some of the most popular Zumba classes in North London.
Our Zumba Gold classes are a slower paced, low impact class which are suitable for beginners, unfit, overweight or older people.
Our Zumba Fitness are for all ages and abilities. All classes are exciting, fun & will give you a great workout.

I was trained and taught Exercise to Music at Central London's YMCA for 5 years; Aerobics at Barnet College for 2 years, Salsa for 14 years & Ballroom & Latin American dance, both in North London for 6 years. All my teachers have various qualifications and degress in dance, fitness and Zumba as well as CRB's
