I began my teacher training in Ashland, OR in 2006 with my longtime instructor, Iris Lambert, and completed my 200hr yoga teacher certification with her in the summer of 2007 in St. Croix, USVI. In January of 2008, I began a 500hr RYT with Yoga Alliance through The Urban Zen Integrative Therapist program in NYC where I've been training for 11 months as an integrative therapist specializing in yoga therapy, aromatherapy, Reiki healing, nutrition, and contemplative care.
